Video: Terrorist Attack by Islamic State Prevented in Moscow, Arrests Made
Russian law enforcement has arrested 5 members of the Islamic State terrorist group in Moscow today. According to Ria.ru, the group was preparing to carry out diversionary-terrorist operations in the Russian capital.
Among those arrested, two were Russian citizens, while three were from Central Asia. Communication devices and directives from Islamic State leaders were found in their possession.
