VIDEO: Abuses of the Kosh Community Leader Uncovered

Based on operational information received by the Ashtarak division of the police, factual data has been obtained indicating that the leader of the Kosh community in the Aragatsotn region committed abuses from 2015 to 2019. According to currently available investigation data, the community leader dismantled approximately 2,000 meters of a pipeline with a diameter of 30 cm, which passed near a plot of land owned by a man and reached the Arzni-Shamirain canal.

During the preparation of the materials, an inspection of the scene was conducted, explanations were obtained from several individuals, and inquiries were made. It was established that the pipelines were community property. With the gathered evidence, a criminal case has been initiated by the Ashtarak division of the police on the grounds of abuse of official powers. The criminal case has been sent to the Aragatsotn regional investigative department for further investigation.
