Video: Fugitive Found After Escaping From the National Center for Tuberculosis Control

On December 6, a 43-year-old man, who was wanted on theft charges, was discovered by officers of the "Zvartnots" airport police department and was arrested. He was transferred for verification purposes to the National Center for Tuberculosis Control, from which he escaped on December 7.

Following extensive operational and investigative measures, police officers from the Kumayri division in Gyumri received information that the fugitive was hiding in one of the hotels in Gyumri. As a result of verifying the information, the man was found and taken into custody by the Kumayri police department. He has been detained and transferred to a corrections facility. The circumstances are under investigation.
