Man Found Dead in Khnzoresk, Hunting Rifle Nearby

A 51-year-old man has been found dead in the village of Khnzoresk, Syunik. According to the Armenian police in a conversation with Sputnik Armenia, preliminary information suggests that the man may have committed suicide.

The Goris emergency response team received a call indicating that the 51-year-old man in Khnzoresk needed medical assistance. Upon arrival, the medical personnel confirmed that he was deceased and reported the information to law enforcement authorities.

Police who arrived at the scene noted that the body of the deceased man had a gunshot wound, and a hunting rifle was found nearby. The circumstances surrounding how the man sustained the gunshot wound remain unclear.
