Search Operations for 12-Year-Old Boy Cease Without Results
On November 21, in the village of Peschanka, Saratov region, Russia, 12-year-old Arthur Shmiglyov did not return home after going out with friends. For 11 days, search operations for the boy yielded no results.
Today, the search operations for the boy have been officially ceased. This information was reported by members of the volunteer group ‘Liza Alert’.
A criminal case has been initiated under the article regarding the murder of a minor.
