Criminal Case Initiated Following Fatal Incident and Gunshot Wounds of Conscripts

On December 2, 2019, around 06:50, a criminal case was initiated at the third garrison investigative division regarding the fatal gunshot wound of conscript Arthur Ishkhanyan in the combat position of the N military unit, and the gunshot wounds sustained by conscript David Harutyun Melikbekyan. The case was opened under the first part of the second paragraph of Article 34-104 of the RA Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway.
