In Yerevan, ‘Hammer’ and ‘Sickle’ Commit Theft; Law Enforcement Searches for ‘Hammer’ and the Stolen Goods
On November 30, a theft occurred in Yerevan. Around 12:30 a.m., a metal trash bin was stolen near the main entrance of the Ministry of Justice on Vazgen Sargsyan Street.
According to Shamshyan.com, police officers from the central division who arrived at the scene discovered that the theft was committed by 18-year-old Arek Sh., a resident of Yerevan, who is known locally by the nickname ‘Sickle.’ As a result of the police’s explanatory work, Arek Sh. reported to the police, where it was revealed that he did not act alone; his accomplice was a young man known by the nickname ‘Hammer’. They had used a Mercedes vehicle to transport the stolen metal trash bin.
The police are taking necessary operational measures to identify ‘Hammer’ and recover the stolen goods.
