Three Armed Intruders Enter Woman's Home, Bind Her, Demand Money and Jewelry
On November 19, at 1:45 AM, the police department of Aparan received a call from a resident of Aragats village, reporting that three individuals had entered her home with blunt objects, bound her, and demanded money and jewelry. After taking her bank cards, they left the scene.
The operational-investigative group determined that on November 18, between 11:30 PM and midnight, three masked unknown individuals had entered the woman's apartment, threatening her and stealing 80,000 drams, gold jewelry, her pension bank card, and household items.
Thanks to joint operational-search measures taken by various police units, four individuals suspected of committing the robbery were detained in different administrative districts of Yerevan on November 26 and presented to the Aragatsotn regional investigative department for questioning. Three of them were arrested, while one was released.
Measures are being taken to recover the stolen items. The investigation is ongoing.
