Fire Breaks Out at Norabak Village School
The Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations' "911" service received an alert on November 27 at 03:37 regarding a fire that broke out at a school in Norabak village, Gegharkunik province.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that an operational group from the regional rescue department and three fire-fighting units were dispatched to the scene. It was found that the fire had started in the roof of the secondary school located at 1st Street No. 3 in Norabak village.
The fire was contained by 05:19 and extinguished by 10:19. The wooden structures of the roof were partially burned, and the roofing materials (approximately 500 square meters) were damaged.
