Video: Pickpocket Arrested

On November 22, as a result of the professional actions of the employees of the 6th division of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Police of Yerevan, another case of theft of personal property was uncovered.

At around 19:30, criminal investigators detained a 42-year-old resident of Vanadzor on suspicion of theft, taken to the Police Central Division from Tigran Mets Avenue.

It was revealed that he had secretly stolen a mobile phone from a woman’s jacket just minutes before on Tigran Mets Avenue. A report was taken from the victim. The detained man provided a confession. The stolen item has been recovered.
