The Theft of Car Mirrors Uncovered

On November 20, at 09:10, the Mashtots police department received a report that between November 19 at 18:00 and November 20 at 09:00, the side mirror of a 'Mercedes' parked in the yard of one of the buildings on Bashinjaghyan Street had been stolen, causing damage worth 50,000 drams.

Thanks to the measures taken by the criminal investigators of the Mashtots department, it was revealed that the theft was committed by a 40-year-old man, who was keeping the stolen items in one of the houses on Lukashin Street. During the search, the stolen mirror and other car mirrors were found.

On the same day, at 18:20, the man was taken into custody on suspicion of theft and gave a confession. He also reported that he had committed other thefts and attempts of theft from parked cars in the territory of Yerevan.

Measures are being taken to identify the individuals affected by his actions. Investigative materials are being prepared.
