What Caused the Incident with an Azerbaijani in Milan: Armen Grigoryan Responds

This was another attempt at public provocation. This was said today, November 22, in a conversation with reporters by the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, in relation to the incident with the Azerbaijani during Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's meeting with the Armenian community in Milan.

Armen Grigoryan does not see any deep security issues regarding this incident.
