The "Fact" newspaper reports that former President of Armenia and leader of the Republican Party, Serzh Sargsyan, delivered a speech at the European People's Party (EPP) congress in Zagreb, offering specific evaluations of the processes and developments that have taken place in Armenia over the past year and a half.
According to information from "Fact", in addition to this public speech, Sargsyan also held private meetings and discussions where he opened up more on the realities of Armenia, as well as the risks related to regional security and the issue of Artsakh.
The newspaper confirmed this information by contacting the Vice President of the Republican Party, Armen Ashotyann, who confirmed that Sargsyan's participation at the EPP congress was not limited to a public speech, but included various working discussions, private meetings, and practical conversations regarding Armenia, our region, and global issues.
There is information indicating that the Zagreb speech was intended for European official circles, although it also included certain components of interest to the domestic audience.
Accordingly, based on the information, the dialogue with our public, which Sargsyan has promised, is yet to come. In other words, the main speech and message are still ahead.
