Samvel Karapetyan Will Create a Party with Vanetsyan's Face, Says Daniel Ioannisyan

The founder and program coordinator of the Civic Consciousness NGO, Daniel Ioannisyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“A year ago, we were saying that ‘Vanetsyan is going to be a problem,’ but nobody believed us. Two months ago, they realized it. Two months ago, we were saying ‘The face of the rebranding of the previous administrations will be Vanetsyan,’ and they didn’t believe it; now they see it. Now we are saying ‘Samvel (Tashir) Karapetyan will create a party with Vanetsyan’s face,’ and they don’t believe it. P.S. I won’t name names; my statement concerns many.”
