Major Car Accident in Kotayk Province: 25-Year-Old's Nissan Collides with 35-Year-Old's Volkswagen, Injured Taken to Hospital

On November 21, a major car accident occurred in Kotayk Province. Around 08:30 AM, two vehicles collided in the village of Dzoraghbyur, involving a Nissan driven by 35-year-old Armen M. (license plate 36 NS 872) and a Volkswagen driven by 25-year-old Rustam Y. (license plate 47 RS 007).

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, driver Rustam Y. and a passenger, 22-year-old Davit G. from Kotayk Province, sustained injuries and were transported to the Abovyan Medical Center.

Rapid response officers from the 1st platoon of the 3rd battalion of the 2nd police division arrived at the scene, led by platoon commander Tigran Kotanjyan.

Senior investigator Avetik Avetisyan from the same battalion directed the on-site investigation, and materials are being prepared regarding the incident. The impact caused the Volkswagen to overturn.
