Iravunk: The Name of the Client behind the Assassination Attempt on Shushi Melo Should Not Be Revealed
The newspaper "Iravunk" reports that after the assassination attempt on former MP and businessman Melik Manukyan, the vehicle linked to the crime was removed illegally from the crime scene, failing to comply with police legal requests. The preliminary investigation launched regarding this incident has been completed, and the case has been sent to court with an indictment.
As for who ultimately prepared and ordered such an assassination attempt on a public road in the so-called "new Armenia," and who this mysterious client is, the Investigative Committee informed us once again that active steps are being taken in this direction and the investigation continues.
It should be noted that according to circulating rumors, this case is leading to a dead end as it seems, according to some sources, that the name of the client should not be revealed, and sources have indicated that they cannot be found. However, the first scenario appears more likely, considering that the perpetrators (at least according to the investigation’s claims) have been arrested.
Indeed, according to our source, “they have gone silent and are not talking because there is someone in the detention center who exerts a lot of influence over them.” But even if this is the case, discovering these influential figures would be an easier task.
