Details from Medvedev-Aliyeva Meeting

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, described the visit of Azerbaijan's First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva to Russia as a direct confirmation of the partnership and friendship between the two countries.

According to TASS news agency, the Russian PM emphasized the richness of the agenda for Aliyeva's visit, which also includes a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin scheduled for Friday.

“All of this reflects the level of friendly relations, partnership, and the friendship between our countries,” Medvedev stated at the start of the negotiations, suggesting that they discuss issues of bilateral cooperation.
