What Should Nikol Pashinyan Halt? Arthur Vanetsyan

Blaming me for calling to "Stop" the fight against corruption is simply laughable. Since taking the position of Director of the National Security Service of Armenia, the agency I lead has been at the forefront of the fight against corruption for 1.5 years. This has been repeatedly acknowledged by the country’s political leadership and positively received by society; everyone has seen the enormous work done by the NSS.

"I cannot say ‘Stop’ to a phenomenon that is a scourge of our country, one that undermines the foundations of the state. The fight against corruption has no alternative. We must combat corruption very strictly and consistently, and we have proven this over the past 1.5 years of my tenure as NSS director."

When asked what Nikol Pashinyan should halt, Vanetsyan responded, "I will leave this question unanswered, but I promise that in the near future, I will speak about everything and present my views on the atmosphere and situation in the country in detail." In response to another question about whether Pashinyan has ever been dissatisfied with his work, he stated, "The recipient of this question is Nikol Pashinyan."
