Robert Karapetyan in Critical Condition Following Tragic Accident on Davit Bek Avenue

It has already been reported that today, on November 21, a major and tragic car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 1:32 PM, a ЗИЛ 130, license plate 34 AM 035, collided with a BMW, license plate 36 LX 328, on Davit Bek Avenue. As a result of the accident, the ЗИЛ overturned, while the BMW was split into several pieces. According to preliminary information, the cause of the accident was the BMW, which lost control and veered into oncoming traffic at high speed, colliding with the ЗИЛ vehicle within seconds.

The driver of the BMW, Sahak G., born in 1995, died at the scene, while his passenger, Robert K., born in 1998, was hospitalized at the Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center before rescuers arrived on the scene. Doctors have assessed the health condition of the injured Robert Karapetyan as critical.

According to Gagik Shamshyan's information, the injured Robert Karapetyan is an employee of Ameriabank CJSC.
