Avinyan Calls on Entrepreneurs to Participate in the 'Golden Palace' Auction: Starting Price Announced
The Armenian government decided at today’s session to sell the state-owned "Golden Palace" hotel complex, along with 3,257 movable properties located within the buildings and a 1.38-hectare land plot designated for the use and maintenance of these buildings, through a classic auction.
As of November 20, the estimated value of the property is 7 billion 526 million 457 thousand 800 drams. Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan called on all interested entrepreneurs to participate in the auction, which he stated will likely take place on December 19.
