Vitaly Balasanyan, Who is Openly Confronting Armenian Authorities
Hraparak newspaper reports. We asked National Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan if the authorities have a favorite candidate for the presidential elections in Artsakh. He stated, "The Prime Minister has declared that we will support free and fair elections and we will be fully guided by that principle." However, there are already discussions about who the Prime Minister will support, with the names of Arayik Harutyunyan and Masis Mayilyan being mentioned. "We will be guided by the principles declared on August 5 in Stepanakert." But if Vitaly Balasanyan, who is openly confronting the Armenian authorities, wins, how will the government work with him? "I consider the probability of that almost zero." Why? The people of Artsakh are free and can vote for whomever they want. "I say this also because I know the people of Artsakh well."
