Staff Changes at Saritagh Branch of Haypost Following Pensioners' Complaints

As a result of complaints from pensioners, the staff at the 17th post office branch of Haypost will be changed. The aim of this change is to put an end to the harmful practice of unfair charges. This has been reported by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

Recall that months ago, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Zaruhi Batoyan, and the CEO of Haypost, Hayk Avagyan, agreed to activate their cooperation based on the interests and welfare of pensioners, putting an end to the harmful habit of collecting money from pensioners.

During the meeting, the parties agreed to address the complaints of every pensioner regarding the post office. Therefore, the complaint submitted by a pensioner to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, stating that the postman takes an advance fee of 200-500 drams when paying the pension, was also forwarded to our colleagues at Haypost.

As a result of joint inspections, and finding sufficient grounds for the complaint, the management of Haypost has decided to replace the branch staff.

It should be noted that the cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and its main partner, Haypost, will continue in this direction, and no application will go unanswered.
