What changes in people's lives? Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan answered this question from the National Assembly podium while discussing the 2020 state budget proposal.
“How does life change for people? Simply, people travel on well-maintained roads; does that change their lives or not? Of course it does, because they go to the ‘pathologist’ (a term in Armenian) less often, and consequently spend less money. Agricultural products are brought to the market for sale, vehicles do not bounce up and down as much, products spoil less, and jobs are being created. We talk about unemployment, but we have a problem with vacant job positions in the country. I participated in the opening of two private investors' production facilities, and there are more than 1000 vacant jobs where people are looking for workers, but we cannot find them. All construction companies are stuck with orders, and these are obligations, not debts. Some are stuck in debts, but that's an old story that the appropriate bodies deal with,
