Felix Tsolakyan Presents Posthumous Medal of Valor to Samvel Develyan's Father

By the decree of President Armen Sarkissian, Samvel Vardan Develyan, a firefighter-rescuer from the Gugark Fire and Rescue Unit of the Lori Regional Rescue Department, has been posthumously awarded the Medal of Valor.

As reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, on November 15, Minister Felix Tsolakyan presented the Medal of Valor to the father of the deceased firefighter-rescuer Samvel Develyan, who lost his life while performing his official duties.

The minister also visited the National Center for Burns, where Edgar Grigoryan, who was injured due to a fire in the Bazum mountain range on October 25, is being treated. He has been awarded the Medal of Combat Service by the presidential decree. Minister Tsolakyan presented the honorable award to Edgar's wife.
