Objection to Ara Babloyan's Involvement as Accused Rejected

The objection filed by former National Assembly President Ara Babloyan's lawyer against the decision to involve him as an accused has been rejected by the prosecutor's decision overseeing the legality of the pre-investigation. This was reported to SHANTNEWS.am by the public communication department of the RA Prosecutor General's Office.

Recall that Ara Babloyan, the former president of the National Assembly, was charged on October 28 under part 1 of Article 300 and part 1 of Article 314 of the RA Criminal Code.
