Investigative Committee Takes Up Criminal Case Related to Nazik Amiryan
The Investigative Committee of Armenia has accepted a criminal case regarding alleged irregularities at the company 'Hayapaki,' partially owned by Nazik Amiryan, the wife of former MP and General Manvel Grigoryan. This information was confirmed by the Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee in response to Armtimes.com inquiries.
Recently, the Police issued a statement regarding the alleged illegal alienation and fraudulent appropriation of property belonging to the 'Hayapaki' company located in Byureghavan.
The Investigative Committee informed us that a criminal case has been initiated under four articles of the Armenian Criminal Code. Specifically, the case has been opened under Article 325, Part 1 (Forgery of documents, seals, stamps, forms, and vehicle registration plates, their sale or use), Article 192, Part 1 (Illegal actions during bankruptcy), Article 178, Part 3, Clause 1 (Theft in especially large amounts), and Article 38-178, Part 3, Clause 1 (Instigation, assistance or organization of theft in especially large amounts).
