David Sanasaryan Interrogated Today by Investigative Committee
David Sanasaryan has been interrogated today as part of the criminal case regarding a minor being hit by a car. This information was provided by the Investigative Committee’s Department of Information and Public Relations.
According to Naire Harutunyan, head of the committee’s information and public relations department, Sanasaryan was questioned today, while the mother of the child had been interrogated days earlier.
Harutunyan also stated that Sanasaryan was interrogated in connection with another criminal case related to alleged extortion. “In both cases, David Sanasaryan holds the status of a witness,” she reported.
As previously reported, a criminal case was initiated against David Sanasaryan under Article 242, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code for allegedly hitting a 9-year-old child with his vehicle, which covers violations of road traffic safety requirements or the rules governing road traffic or the operation of vehicles. David Sanasaryan initially denied these claims but later posted on Facebook stating that the accusation was a fabrication by a lying woman. In his post, he noted that he would be filing a report regarding the crime under the extortion article.
