The Real Perpetrator of the Fatal Accident on Hasratyan Street Has Surrendered

On November 2, at 07:00, a driver of a «VAZ-21014» vehicle struck 53-year-old Susanna Gabrielyan on Hasratyan Street in Yerevan, resulting in her death on the spot.

Thanks to operational and investigative measures taken by the police, it was determined that the 47-year-old driver of the «VAZ-21014» had hit Susanna Gabrielyan, inflicting injuries. Following this, an unknown driver of an «Audi» struck her as well, leading to her death and subsequently fled the scene.

The police announced that, due to the explanatory work done by officers from the Mashtots division, a 54-year-old man from Ashtarak voluntarily presented himself to the police on November 2 and provided a confession. An investigation is underway.
