Yerevan Ambulance Workers' Salaries to Increase, Says Torosyan

The salaries of Yerevan's ambulance workers will increase by 10% in 2020. Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan announced this on his Facebook page.

“In accordance with my directive given days ago, employees of the Ministry of Health have worked together with the leadership of Yerevan's emergency medical services to carry out calculations and presented a proposal for the revision of salaries for ambulance workers in Yerevan for 2020. According to the proposal, the salaries of the 950 workers in the service will increase by 10%, of which 300 are doctors,” he wrote.

Torosyan assured that the ministry continues to work on the possibility and determination of salary increases for emergency medical service workers operating in the regions of Armenia.
