I Appeal to the RA Prosecutor General: Anahit Bakhsyan

Member of the Public Council and member of the governance council of the education inspection body, Anahit Bakhsyan, wrote on her Facebook page: "This is the decision from November 11, 2004, regarding the termination of the investigation into the October 27 terrorist act, case number 62207199 at the RA Prosecutor General's Investigation Department. It is interesting that in this decision, it is stated that the victims of the criminal case were to be informed, yet I was not informed in a timely manner. I received this information 15 years later, and there is nothing mentioned about an appeal. I appeal to the RA Prosecutor General: please explain how I can contest this decision now."
