Hrayr Tovmasyan's Protégé Released from Custody: Lawyer

The protégé of the President of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, has been released from custody based on the lack of reasonable suspicion. This information was reported by lawyer Tigran Atanesyan.

It is noteworthy that Panosyan was charged under Article 308, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which pertains to the abuse of official powers, resulting in serious consequences due to negligence.
