Pro-Turkish Militants Shell American Convoy in Syria
The head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria, Major General Yuri Borenko, has reported that pro-Turkish forces have shelled a convoy of American soldiers in Syria.
There were no casualties in the incident, according to Ermenihaber. “The American side reports that shots were fired from an area 6 kilometers west of the town of Tell Tamer, controlled by pro-Turkish militants from the ‘Syrian National Army’ group, targeting a convoy of American soldiers moving along the M4 highway towards the Iraqi border on November 3. There are no casualties,” Bornenko stated.
He also added that over the past 24 hours, Russian military personnel have recorded 31 incidents of ceasefire violations. The militants have primarily targeted settlements in the provinces of Aleppo, Latakia, Idlib, and Hama.
