How to Restore Lost Certificates of Secondary and Primary Education

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia informs that for restoring the lost certificate of secondary education and the lost diploma of primary education, citizens must apply to the administration of the respective educational institution, presenting the following documents:

• A written request about the loss of the graduation document,
• A copy of the passport,
• If there is an absence of archives during that period in the school, an archival reference indicating the grades.

Upon receiving the application, the educational institution's administration begins and completes the process of providing a duplicate of the lost document to the citizen. The duplicate of the document is given to the citizen free of charge.
