How Can a Witness Say, 'Your Testimony Isn't Good, Change It a Bit, I'm Embarrassed to Death?' - Robert Kocharyan

There are no grounds to keep me in custody, stated the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, in court. “It doesn’t fit with my biography, and, in general, none of the people sitting here are fugitives or obstructers; they have lived their entire lives guided by dignity and patriotism, that is a fact. I have no intention of avoiding justice; I am the most interested in a fair trial, more than anyone,” said Kocharyan.

He stated that he cannot imagine how a witness could say, “You know, your testimony isn't good, come on, change it a bit, retouch it, I’m embarrassed to death.”
