Greek President Promises to Facilitate Acceleration of Visa Regime Liberalization with EU

The President of the Hellenic Republic, Prokopios Pavlopoulos, has promised the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, that Greece will do everything possible to expedite the process of visa liberalization for Armenia with the European Union. This was stated by President Armen Sarkissian during a press conference.

“We talked about simplifying EU entry for our citizens so that visas can be liberalized for ordinary citizens, and my good friend, the President, assured me that they will do everything possible to accelerate this process,” said Sarkissian.

The President of the Hellenic Republic, Prokopios Pavlopoulos, is on an official visit to the Republic of Armenia with his wife, Vlassia Pavlopoulou, at the invitation of Armen Sarkissian.
