Wallet Thief Detained

On October 31, a woman's wallet was stolen from her bag. The wallet contained cash, identification, and bank cards.

On November 1, through оперативно-розыскные мероприятия, officers from the Yerevan City Police Department's 6th Division determined that the theft was committed by a 43-year-old man. He was located on Abovyan Street at 5:40 PM on the same day, apprehended on suspicion of theft, and confessed to the crime.

The man also presented the stolen item to the police. An investigation is underway.
