Why Felix Tsolakyan Visited Artsakh (Video)

On October 30, a festive event dedicated to the Day of the Employees of the Emergency Situations Service of the Republic of Artsakh was held at the State Emergency Situations Service of the Republic of Artsakh. The event was attended by the Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan, who was on a working visit to Artsakh.

Present at the event were the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan, the Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghulian, State Minister Grigori Martirosyan, as well as other high-ranking officials and guests.

The director of the Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh, Vladik Khachatryan, presented the journey of the service, detailing its recorded achievements and successes. Congratulating the employees of the Emergency Situations Service on their professional holiday, President Bako Sahakyan emphasized the importance of the service's work and mission, while reaffirming the state's commitment to keep ongoing sectoral issues under special attention.

During the solemn ceremony, several employees of the Emergency Situations Service were awarded medals and honors by the President of Artsakh, the Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia, the Director of the Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh, the Commander of the Defense Army, the Chief of Police, and the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, along with monetary prizes and valuable gifts.

Minister Felix Tsolakyan, in connection with the Day of the Employees of the Emergency Situations Service, donated an off-road vehicle to the Emergency Situations Service.
