VIDEO: Death Toll from Typhoon in Japan Rises to 98
The death toll from the "Hagibis" typhoon that struck Japan has reached 98. Another 10 people are considered missing. The typhoon, accompanied by strong winds and heavy rainfall, has caused flooding in areas stretching from the outskirts of Tokyo to the city of Niigata. A total of 77,000 residential homes have been partially damaged or completely destroyed.
