Georgian Presidential Website Hacked with Saakashvili's Photo

Unidentified individuals have hacked the official website of Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili, placing a photo of former state leader Mikheil Saakashvili with the caption "I`ll be back." This was reported to TASS by Zourabichvili's advisor Irina Shengelia.

"We are currently trying to understand what happened. The presidential security service has also joined in. It is most likely that this was a hacker attack," Shengelia stated.

According to her, the administration's staff became aware of the breach after 11:00 AM, following which a decision was made to take the internet portal offline.

A criminal case has been initiated in relation to the incident by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
