VIDEO: Major Fires and State of Emergency in California
The governor of California has declared a state of emergency across the entire state, the most populous in the U.S., due to wildfires.
“All available resources are being directed to combat the raging fires and unprecedented strong winds,” he tweeted.
It has also been reported that there are mass power outages and evacuations.
