Foreign Involvement in the October 27 Case: Arzvik Minasyan

"There is a separate part in the October 27 case, and it has never been suspended," stated Arzvik Minasyan, a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF), today while answering a question about whether the perpetrators of the October 27 terrorist act have been identified.

According to Minasyan, this separate part falls under the jurisdiction of investigative authorities. The former minister and ARF member insists that there is foreign involvement in this case, which the authorities, however, do not pay attention to. Minasyan noted that there have been references to Turkish special services as well.
