Changes taking place in Vanadzor will bring new opportunities for the residents of Vanadzor. This was stated today, October 26, at an event dedicated to the Day of Vanadzor by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, as reported by news.am.

“Today, changes are happening in the city. We have seen the restoration of the Museum of Fine Arts, the renovation of the Artsakh Park, which is of great importance for Vanadzor, and today the opening of these wonderful fountains will take place. The roads leading to Vanadzor are being reconstructed and restored. What does this change in people's lives? This changes the following, it is aptly stated that Vanadzor is a city of opportunities. These changes will bring new opportunities for the residents of Vanadzor,” he said.

According to him, these ongoing changes in the city will attract tourists, which will provide the opportunity to activate small and medium businesses, allowing people to earn a living with dignity.

“Today I saw that many people from other cities have come to congratulate Vanadzor on its anniversary, and this is the beginning of a very nice tradition. Each of us loves our city, our neighborhood, our birthplace, but the boundaries of our love for the city and local affection should be expanded. Because a Yerevan resident should love Vanadzor just as much as a Vanadzor resident loves Gyumri, and a Gyumri resident should love Kapan just as much, because we do not have a homeland to be divided street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood. We have one united homeland, and Vanadzor is not only the homeland of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh but is the hometown of every citizen, the hometown of every Armenian. I congratulate our beloved city on its anniversary, and most importantly, dba lavë, zhoghvorj jan, dba lavë,” he said.
