This Year the Traces of Frost Are Not Yet Visible: Gagik Surenyan
The head of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations' meteorological service, Gagik Surenyan, shared a photo on his Facebook page that was taken in November 2016.
In his post, Surenyan mentioned that on this day in 2016, there was heavy snowfall in Noyemberyan, whereas this year, the traces of frost have not yet appeared.
