«Hraparak»: Let Nikol Bring His Aides Here to Serve, Soldiers at the Border Are Outraged
«Hraparak» newspaper reports: The news of calling and questioning military personnel regarding the April War has sparked reactions among soldiers, including those serving on the front lines in Artsakh. One high-ranking military officer at the border stated, "If these authorities, Nikol Pashinyan, doubt every officer, why have they entrusted the border to us? This approach is offensive to us. We will consult with a lawyer, and if it turns out that our presence is mandatory, we will write a letter of resignation. Let Nikol bring his aides here to serve. Now they're contacting all of us, trying to get one of us to say, 'Yes, Khachaturyan was late with the order, Seyran Ohanyan said this and that.' They want to tear something out from us, to say something that they can use as 'evidence'. What kind of attitude is that towards a soldier standing at the border?"
The officer continued, "It is offensive to have to go and sit in front of that commission, and who are the members of the commission? They have not served in the army, are not familiar with military affairs, and are unaware of military operations. Not to mention the primitiveness of their questions. If the command does not object, we intend to start a petition against the April commission."
