Arsen Babayan's Trial Did Not Take Place

The hearing regarding the appeal against the arrest of former Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Assembly, Arsen Babayan, did not take place today as the judge and the prosecuting body failed to ensure Arsen Babayan's participation in the court session.

This was announced earlier by lawyer Ervand Varosyan during a conversation with journalists near the Central Court of General Jurisdiction in Yerevan. The court session is scheduled to be held tomorrow at 17:40.
