White Powder-like Substance, Cotton, Spoon with Ashen Traces, Sticky Tapes, and 17 cm Long Knife Found During Manhunt

Due to operational-search activities conducted by officers from the 6th division of the criminal investigation department of the Yerevan City Police, a 46-year-old man wanted for causing significant property damage through deception or abuse of trust since June 28 was located and apprehended on October 19 at 5:30 PM on Tserentsi Street.

A personal search revealed one unused syringe filled with a brown and white liquid, three syringes of "Darnitsaya" and "Cycladol", ten tablets of "Citrmoni", a bottle containing a white powder-like substance, cotton, a spoon with ashen traces, sticky tapes, and a 17 cm long knife within his sports bag. The man stated that the brown substance in the syringe is an opium-type narcotic.

Tests have been commissioned. An investigation is ongoing.
