Vladimir Putin and Erdogan to Meet Tomorrow in Sochi
The presidents of Russia and Turkey, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will discuss the situation in Syria and bilateral relations at a meeting in Sochi on October 22.
According to RIA Novosti, this was announced by the assistant to the Russian leader, Yuri Ushakov, who did not rule out that the leaders would have a private conversation.
"Negotiations will take place with a small delegation. It is possible that Putin and Erdogan will talk separately. Afterwards, a more expanded format will take place during a working breakfast, which will address issues related to bilateral cooperation," Ushakov said.
He noted that relations between Russia and Turkey are developing well, with positive results in all areas of cooperation and increasing bilateral trade turnover.
