Erdogan to Take Steps in Syria After Meeting with Putin
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated on Monday that all subsequent "necessary" steps in northeastern Syria will be taken after his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, as reported by Reuters.
"We will discuss this process with Mr. Putin and then take the necessary steps," Erdogan said during an event in Istanbul. The meeting between Erdogan and Putin is scheduled for Tuesday in Sochi.
