Environmental disaster in Artsakh, reported by Vladimir Dolukhanyan along with a video. This is the Khachenaget Reservoir: Hundreds, even thousands of dead fish are found along the banks and in the nearby area of the reservoir.

I call upon the relevant authorities—the Ministry of Environment, Water Economy, and law enforcement agencies—to address this issue. Note that this is not the first instance of mass fish deaths. According to eyewitnesses, a similar incident occurred in the coastal area of the Drmboni mine near the Sarsang Reservoir, which everyone has tried to silence and ignore.
