Aleksandr Arzumanyan Appointed as Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Iceland
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, Aleksandr Arzumanyan has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Iceland.
“Based on the Prime Minister's recommendation and in accordance with the second part of point 2 of Article 132 of the Constitution, Aleksandr Arzumanyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the Kingdom of Sweden, has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Iceland (residing in Stockholm),” the decree reads.
